SISC's Growth and Development Committee held a Leadership Workshop on 1/8/2020. The committee partnered with SISC club member Evelyn Neale, owner of Successful Change, to help us identify what type of leadership style we have. We then had to work in small groups to test our leadership style by building a lego house. Only the ‘architect’ saw the design, had to communicate that to the ‘communicators’, who, in turn, communicated that information to the ‘builder’. Evaluations of the program proved it to be valuable, with some requesting a longer workshop in the future!
