Your attendance and sponsorship of this event will fund local grants and global initiatives supporting our mission of improving the lives of women and girls! We look forward to your contribution to help make a difference! \nRegistration is now open!\n\nWhen: Wednesday\, May 18th\nWhere: Saratoga National Golf Club\nTime: Golf registration/ check in begins at 11:30; Shotgun start at 1 PM\nDinner at 6 PM\n\nThe golf tournament is a scramble format. Golf includes 18 holes of world class golf\, lunch\, and dinner\, golf cart\, access to the driving range\, raffles\, prizes\, and more! It is open to all ability levels. \nClick here to register \nFor more information\, please contact the Spring Fever Committee: springfevergolf2022@gmail.com \nMs. Pepper’s bio is below. \nDottie Pepper is the lead walking reporter for CBS Sports’ coverage of the PGA Tour\, Masters\, and PGA Championship. She is a 1987 graduate of Furman University with a B.A. in Health Sciences. After an accomplished junior\, college\, and amateur golf career\, she went on to play 17 years on the LPGA Tour\, winning 17 times\, including 2 major championships and one additional win on the JLPGA Tour. She represented the United States six times in the Solheim Cup matches\, compiling a 13-5-2 record. She retired from competitive golf in 2004. She has covered all levels of televised golf\, including every major championship\, international team events\, as well as national amateur championships for ESPN\, Golf Channel\, NBC and CBS. Dottie served as a member of the PGA of America Board of Directors from 2012-2015 and the NENY PGA Board of Directors from 2009-2015. She was the recipient of the 2016 William D. Richardson Award\, presented by the Golf Writers Association of America for her consistently outstanding contributions to golf. She is also a 2018 inductee to the New York State Golf Association Hall of Fame. \nDottie is the author of the 2021 release\, Letters to a Future Champion: My Time with Mr. Pulver.” She lives in Saratoga Springs\, NY\, and is a fan of skiing in the Northeast\, farmers’ markets\, gardening\, dogs\, World War II history\, and fast cars. \n

DESCRIPTION:Important notice: In accordance with a recent directive regarding Covid-19 from Soroptimist International\, SISC will have only virtual\, online events until further notice. We will alert you when we are again able to hold monthly meetings at Longfellow’s\, as well as other in-person events. \ngathering together\nSoroptimist International of Saratoga County (SISC) meets every second Wednesday\, September through June* at Longfellows Restaurant\, 500 Union Avenue Saratoga Springs\, NY. Social hour begins at 6:15 PM with the dinner meeting beginning at 6:45 PM. \n*We hold a special February club retreat in place of the monthly meeting. \nGuests are always welcome to the monthly club meetings. A member must provide the names of all of her guests\, as well as their meal preferences\, using the online “Doodle Monthly Dinner Attendance Poll” by noon on the designated date each month. \nEach dinner is $29.00 per person. Payment for meals must be made by check or credit card.
